The Only Powerful Tool You Need to Live the Life of Your Dreams

Sadhguru once said, “Incredible things can be done simply if we are committed to making them happen”.

With that being said, we’re all either overworked or in pursuit of work. Whatever the case may be, the mind is no closer to being at ease. These are the periods when our perseverance and potential are tested, and we must exercise greater patience than usual. But, to do so, we must re-engineer our minds so that when we are lost in life, we seek within rather than outside. This can be accomplished by uniting our thoughts and body. And that isn’t as simple as we think.

Surprisingly… Sadhguru’s Inner Engineering program can help you do all of this and more. Read on to know.

The course chose me!

During the 2020 pandemic’s lockdown, I received the 7-day Inner Engineering online foundational course as a birthday gift from my best friend. Completing the course established the foundation for the writer’s life I live now. Not just that, many aspects of myself and my potential became clear as a result of it.

In short… It won’t be wrong to say that it shaped who I am now.

Seeking more

Being the human that we are, I wanted to spend more time exploring my potential. I don’t know if it was greed or hunger, but I knew there was something inside of me that I couldn’t access. And I was on a mission to bring it out of my system.

At the same time, I started receiving emails from the Isha Foundation about their online completion program for the same. Call it fate or procrastination, but I couldn’t enroll in the Inner Engineering completion program for a year after finishing my first course.

The dream come true moment

Like the saying goes,

Everything happens for a reason

After a long wait, I was able to attend Sadhguru’s Inner Engineering Completion Programme last month. offline. And it was the most incredible 16 hours of my life!

The seminar, which ran from Saturday evening to nearly all of Sunday, gave me as much as I was willing to receive. It included physical activities, games, asanas, breathing methods, and Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, the program’s star!

But perhaps the most important aspect was meeting dozens of new people in the roles of fellow attendees and volunteers.

This program taught me a lot, both directly and indirectly, but these are my top 5 takeaways:

  1. Uniquely, I discovered the importance of full dedication to a task by playing games on the field, with a group, and on my own.
  2. I discovered that modesty is free; all it costs you is your ego melting away.
  3. Throughout my various classes, I realized that your attachment to your identity weighs you down and limits your human potential.
  4. I realized the essence of being fully focused on a task.
  5. When you comprehend that every rule in life is your rule, you won’t need a motivator to keep you going. You’ll be mindful of your responsibilities and will finish tasks without being reminded.

Whether we are conscious of it or not, life will continue. Being conscious and present at the moment, on the other hand, allows you to select what you want to do with your life.

So what do you choose to do with your life? I’m all ears.
